Aluminum E. D. System

Though the new anodizing bath making does not costs too much but the recurring electricity loss with the aging of bath is manifolds then the new baths preparation. This unit enables the anodic electrolyte to work as new for ever.when the dissolved aluminum is high in the bath, the operational voltage required is high and the time required is also more. It captures the dissolved aluminum from the bath thus keeping the operational voltage same as of the new bath , thus saving on huge amount of electricity costs. The collected metal hydroxides inside the cell could also be sold out as aluminum metal sludge. The prevention of dissolved aluminum in the bath prevents caking problem.
